Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This policy explains how customers may and may not use Kite Layer services. It is designed to protect customers, providers, third parties, and the reliability of the platform.
2. Prohibited uses
Customers may not use Kite Layer to engage in illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, abuse, evasion of safety systems, or infringement of third-party rights.
3. High-risk use
Customers may not use Kite Layer for decisions in high-risk domains such as medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or public safety without appropriate human review and legal compliance.
4. Platform integrity
Customers may not attempt to bypass rate limits, resell access without authorization, overload the service, probe security systems, share compromised keys, or interfere with other users or providers.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or satisfy provider requirements.
