1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services provided by Kite Layer LLC. By using Kite Layer, you agree to these terms and all referenced policies.
2. Services
Kite Layer provides managed AI API infrastructure, including API access management, model routing, usage monitoring, billing support, and technical onboarding. Specific features may vary by account, plan, and provider availability.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting API keys, ensuring lawful use, and complying with all applicable laws, provider terms, and Kite Layer policies.
4. Billing
Fees may be based on usage, subscription plans, invoices, advance service payments, or written agreements. Customers are responsible for taxes, payment accuracy, and timely payment of amounts due. Service allowance is used to manage service consumption; the full business model and service boundaries are described on the Trust page and in any written agreement.
5. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, policy violations, provider restrictions, or activity that may harm Kite Layer, other customers, or third parties.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. AI model behavior and provider availability can change. Kite Layer does not guarantee that model outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
